Join the 2026 Suicide Prevention Poker Run!
Get ready for an awesome in-person event where community spirit meets fun and purpose. Cruise through a scenic route, collect cards at each stop, and learn how to help a Veteran experiencing a mental health crisis. It’s a day full of good vibes, great people, and a chance to make a real difference. Don’t miss out on this meaningful adventure—let’s ride together and support a cause that matters!
- Kick-Off Ceremony at Prescott VA Medical Center (500 North Highway 89).
- Registration starts at 8am, kick stands up at 9am.
- Enjoy light breakfast refreshments (coffee, juice, fruit, pastries) from 8am-9am, provided by Marine Corps League, Copper State Detachment #906.
- There will be a brief ceremony with presentation of the colors (Color Guard), National Anthem, short discussion about Veteran suicide prevention, and a prayer.
- Ride begins at Prescott VA Medical Center and ends at VFW Post #10227 in Prescott Valley. Along the route, riders will make stops near Jerome, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, picking up
- poker cards along the way. Best and worst poker hands win a prize.
- Free T-Shirt and Ride Pin to all those who finish the ride.
- At the last stop, enjoy lunch provided by VFW Post #10227.
